Petey Avey's concrete cleaning uses both mechanical and chemical treatments to eliminate trapped dirt, algae, and vehicle runoff. Industrial degreasers with a 10-15 minute dwell time help us tackle fresh oil stains. Next, we perform pressure cleaning and apply 3 to 6% sodium hypochlorite for effective oil stain removal. For older stains, we use Oil-Dri or other powder soak products which may cause some discoloration.
