Porches
Your porch is your home's smile, but it takes some of the hardest hits from weather, foot traffic, pollen (especially in the Triad), dirt, clay, algae and every day build up. Over time, those surfaces become stained, slippery, and lose their original luster.
With Petey Avey's porch washing service, we effectively remove layers of grime, mildew, algae and organic growth while helping restore the clean, inviting look your outdoor space was meant to have. Whether your porch is concrete, wood, composite or decorative stone, proper cleaning can make a dramatic difference.
Routine porch cleaning does more than improve appearance. It ties together the outdoor space you envisioned for you and your family!
Because "clean" never goes out of style!
Your roof works hard every day, but as each day passes, another layer of organic buildup accumulates. A stained roof doesn't just affect curb appeal, it can also contribute to premature surface deterioration and shorten the life of the roofing materials. Whether your roof has black streaks, green buildup, or years of grime, Petey Avey helps bring back a cleaner, brighter appearance while protecting one of your home's biggest investments.
Dark streaks and buildup are more than cosmetic. Moisture-loving growth can hold water against surfaces, increasing wear and creating conditions that may impact the overall performance and longevity of your roof.
Our soft wash process is designed specifically for delicate roofing materials, using low pressure and specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove organic growth without the aggressive and damaging force of traditional pressure washing.

Gutter Clearing
Petey Avey brings hands-on expertise in gutter clearing in the Triad. When gutters get packed with debris, water spills over, which may dig into your foundation, flood basements, and even rot your roof bit by bit.
Worse yet, standing water becomes a breeding ground for mosquitoes and an open invitation for mice. By clearing your gutters, we extend the life of your roof and gutters. Plus we stop your garden beds from washing away!
Because water falls belong in nature.
