Pressure washing uses higher-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and some stone. Soft washing uses low pressure with professional cleaning solutions, making it safer for siding, roofs, painted surfaces, and more delicate exterior materials.
Yes, when the right method is used. We do not blast delicate surfaces with high pressure. For most homes, we use a soft-wash method that cleans siding, trim, gutters, and other surfaces without unnecessary force.
Most homes benefit from exterior washing once a year. Homes with heavy shade, trees, pollen, mildew, algae, or red clay buildup may need cleaning more often.
Improper pressure can damage siding, force water behind panels, or disturb loose materials. That is why we use surface-appropriate methods and inspect the property before cleaning.
Not always. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned, working water access, unlocked gates, and pets secured indoors, we can complete the service while you are away.
Please close all windows and doors, move vehicles from the work area, unlock gates, secure pets indoors, and remove fragile items, decorations, cushions, potted plants, or anything you do not want getting wet.
Our cleaning removes most organic growth such as algae, mildew, mold, and surface dirt. Some stains, such as rust, oil, red clay, artillery fungus, oxidation, paint stains, and deep-set discoloration, may not come out completely.
In many cases, yes. Black roof streaks are often caused by algae and can usually be treated with a soft-wash roof cleaning process. Roofs should never be cleaned with high pressure.
We take precautions such as pre-wetting, rinsing, and controlling solution application. However, some plants can be sensitive, especially if they are newly planted, stressed, delicate, or already unhealthy.
Standard house washing may not remove oxidation. Oxidation is a chalky residue caused by sun exposure and aging. It may require a separate restoration process and is not always fully removable.
Yes. Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, and other hard surfaces can usually be cleaned with professional surface-cleaning equipment for a more even result.
It depends on the size of the home and the services requested. A typical house wash may take an hour or two, while larger projects or multiple surfaces may take longer.
Light rain may not always prevent service, but heavy rain, lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
For most residential jobs, we use the customer’s exterior water source. Please make sure your outdoor spigots are working before the appointment.
